If you would like to sign up (after Oct 19), just print off the application Mrs Self sent out or get one from Michelle Miles at the Naval Health Clinic - 3rd floor, surgery clinic. Application needs to be turned in to Mrs Miles as well. If you did not sign up prior to Oct 19, you will not be able to get a shirt for the 5K
This is not a unit event, however, if you would like to participate and walk/run/stroll with any other unit members/staff please email and we can figure out a meeting place. |
